On 24 June 2015, Maybank announced the resignation of Director, Mr Erry Riyana Hardjapamekas due to the expiry of Bank Negara Malaysia's approval on term of office pursuant to the Financial Services Act, 2013, and also his resignation from the Audit Committee.
