Maybank commences branch operations in Myanmar
Today Maybank became the first and only Malaysian bank to open a branch in Myanmar after the Central Bank of Myanmar awarded a banking licence to Maybank on 1 October 2014. Before this, Maybank has operated a representative office in Myanmar since 1994.
