Maybank completes sale of Maybank (PNG) Limited
Maybank announced today that the sale of Maybank’s entire equity interest in Maybank (PNG) Limited and Mayban Property (PNG) Limited to Kina Ventures Ltd has been completed on 30 September 2015 for a total cash consideration of Kina 352.8 million (approximately RM546.8 million).
