Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Notice for Maybank's Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") was announced on Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday, 27 March 2018 and published in a selected major newspaper in Malaysia today, Wednesday, 28 March 2018.
The EGM of Malayan Banking Berhad will be held at at MySpace2@Ballroom, Level 3, The Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kompleks MITEC, No. 8, Jalan Dutamas 2, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday, 12 April 2018 at 12.00 noon or immediately following the conclusion or adjournment (as the case may be) of the 58th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held at the same venue and on the same date at 10.00 a.m.
