Notification to Shareholders: Adjourned 61st Annual General Meeting
The 61st Annual General Meeting ("AGM") originally scheduled for 15 April 2021 is adjourned to 6 May 2021. The adjournment was necessary due to a technical issue in respect of the Remote Participation and Voting facilities at the AGM on 15 April 2021. The Notification to Shareholders in respect of the adjourned 61st AGM was announced on Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday, 21 April 2021.
The adjourned 61st AGM of Malayan Banking Berhad will be conducted virtually through live streaming and online remote voting, and broadcasted live from Menara Maybank, 100 Jalan Tun Perak, 50050 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“Broadcast Venue”) on Thursday, 6 May 2021 at 10.00 a.m.
