Maybank Launches Regional Diamanté Programme

Maybank has launched its first regional Maybank Diamanté Private Client programme, which aims to provide high net-worth (HNW) individuals with a seamless banking experience and a suite of personalised services across ASEAN. Strictly by invitation only, this programme has been designed to accord recognition to an exclusive league of clients who travel frequently around the region, and to provide personalised services wherever they are served.



For a start, the Maybank Diamanté Private Client Programme will be rolled out simultaneously across Maybank’s key markets – Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei. Subsequently, the programme will extend to other markets in the region.


As the invited Maybank Diamanté Private Clients are frequent travellers themselves, it is therefore, timely and apt for the programme to provide the convenience of a seamless banking platform for visiting clients. While in Kuala Lumpur, clients can enjoy the privacy of the Maybank Private Wealth Centre, located in Menara Maybank. Together with 47 other service centres strategically located throughout the region, clients are assured of a personalised banking experience with Maybank.

Members of the Maybank Diamanté Private Client programme will be given the Maybank Diamanté Visa Infinite Card along with complimentary Starwood Privileges Membership that enables them to enjoy international travel rewards at over 125 participating hotels and restaurants in the Asia Pacific region.


As a welcome gift to the Maybank Diamanté Private Client programme, two nights’ complimentary accommodation in luxury hotels such at Resorts World and the Shangri-La Hotel are extended to Cardmembers for their overseas travel.


For a touch of personalised services, a dedicated Priority Customer Service Centre has been created to attend to the requests of the clients, and to secure entry to the most coveted experiences, including exclusive chef dinners and priority invites to private sales events.


In addition, selected members across the region who are avid golf players will also be thrilled with the opportunity to golf in the Pro Am Tournament with celebrity golfers from the European and Asian Tours at the prestigious Maybank Malaysian Open to be held in April this year.


As an international passport to recognition, the Maybank Diamanté Visa Infinite Card immediately establishes the client as an individual deserving of preferential treatment through its seamless region-wide programme of privileges and benefits. Following this launch, Maybank will continue to roll out the Maybank Diamanté Private Client programme to other markets in the region.
