E-Filing acknowledgement (Borang e-B 2021 or latest) and SSM certificate for business owners
Latest 3 months' bank statements
3 months' bank statements (preferably with salary credits included)

Board of Resolution which includes the following clauses:
1. Authorisation to open an account with Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and dealing in Futures and Options
2. A list of authorised signatories for account opening and list of authorised trader with its mode of execution
Certified true copy of Memorandum & Articles of Associations (M&A) or Constitution of the company
Certified true copy of Form 8 and 9 (Certification of Incorporation) or Notice of Registration
Certified true copy of Form 24 (Return of Allotment of Shares)
Certified true copy of Form 44 (Notice of Situation of Registered Office and of office hours and particulars of change)
Certified true copy of Form 49 - Return giving particulars in register of Directors / Managers / Secretary and change of particulars
Enclosed copy of certified true copy of NRIC / Singapore ID / Passport for each Director
Enclosed copy of certified true copy of NRIC / Singapore ID / Passport for each Authorised Dealer
