At maturity, Bonus Enhanced pays the greater of

1. a pre-determined minimum bonus return or
2. the positive underlying asset price performance.

• Participate in the 1-to-1 return from the outsized performance of a reference asset
• Enjoy a large Bonus payout in the event that the underlying asset trades sideways
• Replace the unpredictability of stock dividends with a conditional, but significantly higher Bonus return

At maturity, provided
1. the Investment is held until Maturity Date;
2. no Early Redemption by the Investor or Issuer has occurred; and
3. no Event of Default or Early Termination Event has occurred, Investor will receive either a cash payment or delivery of the Underlying Reference Asset as follows:

1. If Final Reference Asset Price ≥ Strike Price:
   
   The term "MAX (x, y)" indicates the greater (more positive or less negative) value of x and y.
2. If Final Reference Asset Price < Strike Price:
   Investor will receive the share amount the Underlying Reference Asset calculated as: Investment Capital / (FX Rate x Strike Price).
