At maturity, Sharkfin Call pays the greater of (1) the positive underlying asset price performance or (2) a pre-determined minimum return if the underlying asset price goes beyond a pre-determined barrier level.

At maturity, provided

1. the Investment is held until Maturity Date;
2. no Early Redemption by the Investor or Issuer has occurred; and

3. no Event of Default or Early Termination Event has occurred, Investor will receive a cash payment as follows:

   (A) If Strike Price < Final Reference Asset Price < Barrier Price:
   Redemption of full investment capital in cash + any return in share price performance

   (B) If Final Reference Asset Price ≥ Barrier Price:
   Redemption of full investment capital in cash + fixed rebate amount (coupon)

   (C) If Final Reference Asset Price ≤ Strike Price:
   Redemption of full investment capital in cash
