Subject to the final reference asset price, Investors will receive their repayment of the Investment in cash or the underlying reference asset upon maturity

1. If Final Reference Asset Price ≥ Strike Price:
   Cash Settlement: Investors will receive the investment capital; or
2. If Final Reference Asset Price < Strike Price:
   Physical Settlement: Investors will receive the share amount (equal to the investment capital divided by the strike price).
